1 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp lemon zest
3 1/2 tbsp recent lemon juice
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 massive egg
1 massive egg white

Process cottage cheese in food processor for a moment or till swish, scraping down the edges as required.  Add the sugar, flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, baking powder, egg, and egg white; method thirty seconds or till well blended.  Pour over the baked crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for twenty five minutes or till set.  Cool half-hour. cowl and chill for a minimum of eight hours.  Cut into bars.

To serve cut into nine squares and garnish with skinny lemon slices or skinny strips of lemon rind that has been curled, if desired.

BANANA BREAD COBBLER
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 medium-size ripe bananas, sliced
streusel topping, recipe below
vanilla ice cream, optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly grease a an eleven x 7-inch baking dish; put aside.

In a medium to massive bowl whisk the flour, sugar, and milk along simply till blended.  Whisk within the melted butter.  Pour into the ready baking dish. cowl with the banana slices and sprinkle the struesel topping over all.

3/4 cup firmly packed lightweight brown sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup uncooked regular oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Using a fork, stir the brown sugar, flour, and butter along till crumbly.  Stir within the oats and also the pecans.  Use as directed on top of.

In a little serious saucepan mix the sugar,salt, lemon juice, butter, and egg yolks; combine well. Cook over low heat till thickened, stirring constantly. take away from the warmth and stir within the lemon peel. enable to cool down to space temperature. Fold the whipped cream into the filling mixture.

To assemble the roll: Unroll the cooled cake. unfold the filling mixture evenly over the cake. beginning with a brief finish, roll the cake up into a stuffed log. cowl and refrigerate for one to two hours before serving. Keep leftovers stored within the refrigerator.
